This coffee comes from the highlands of Yirgacheffe, grown by farmer Biniyam Aklilu. Carefully selected ripe coffee cherries are dried on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun and sorted by hand throughout the process. During the hottest parts of the day, the coffee cherries are covered to ensure even drying and prevent them from drying too quickly. Once the cherries reach the correct moisture content, the coffee is stored in its dried state before being hulled and transported to Addis Ababa.
In the cup, the coffee is bright and very approachable. The flavor highlights a soft fruitiness, with distinct notes of apricot and peach iced tea, complemented by a honey-like sweetness.

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product has arrived for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product has been delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to info@kahiwacoffee.fi within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
