This coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia, where 96 independent women producers cultivate and process their harvest as part of the Forest Academy community. The project builds a more transparent and fair coffee value chain while highlighting the role of women in specialty coffee production.
The coffee is processed using the traditional washed method. Ripe cherries are carefully handpicked, after which they undergo fermentation lasting 24–36 hours. Following the washing stage, the coffee is dried in the sun for 15–20 days.
The result in the cup is clean, balanced, and pleasantly sweet. It works beautifully as a filter coffee, while also performing excellently as an espresso.

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product has arrived for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product has been delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to info@kahiwacoffee.fi within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
