Flavour profile: sea buckthorn, raisin, blackcurrant | Light roast

This small batch showcases the SL-28, which is among the more traditional varieties of Kenya. SL-28 is a coffee variety known for producing extremely high-quality, large yields and often exhibits the characteristic black currant notes typical of Kenyan coffee. The variety is resilient to drought but susceptible to various coffee tree diseases, making it somewhat challenging for farmers to cultivate.

This excellent coffee and the Sakami coffee farm are managed by farmers Gloria & Jarmo Gummerus. The farm is located on the slopes of Mt. Elgon, which is a somewhat less common area for coffee cultivation compared to coffee grown on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, for example. The coffee carries a nice toffee and sea buckthorn-like body, adorned with a soft black currant like acidity.

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product is received for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product is delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to [email protected] within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
