Kahiwa provides worldwide shipping. Customers in regions outside the EU should be aware of potential import restrictions or customs regulations/charges, for which they are responsible. It is advised to review the import/customs regulations of your respective country. The customer assumes responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, and necessary documentation, including a money order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or refused receipt, we reserve the right to charge you for the return costs. If you want us to resend the order, we reserve the right to charge you a new delivery charge.
Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product is received for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product is delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to [email protected] within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
